Sadhana Yoga
is derived from various traditions and contemporary arts, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Sivananda, Iyengar, and more.
Beyond the forms and traditions, focus is on the essence of yoga which is an instrument to reveal a greater sense of harmony and serenity.
In a moving meditation we build strength and endurance while at the same time creating a sense of calm and quiet. In our Yoga Teacher Training Courses students learn how to guide Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and various Specialty Classes.
Merging breath, balance, flexibility and strength, students learn self-healing techniques and find depth in their practice through these sequences. Spinal integrity and alignment are emphasized.
All students are welcome, beginner to advanced. Posture modifications are offered so students may find the desired level of intensity for their practice.
